Host to an average of 220 events a year, Verizon Center is the premier sports and entertainment venue in Washington, D.C. Reserve your seats to see all of the biggest stars in sports and entertainment including Taylor Swift, Bon Jovi, the Washington Capitals, the Washington Wizards, the Washington Mystics and Georgetown University men’s basketball.

Verizon Center All-Access Priority Pass FAQs

What is Verizon Center’s All-Access Priority Pass and how does it work?
The All-Access Priority Pass is a membership program that offers access to reserving tickets to shows before they are sold to the general public. Verizon Center All-Access Priority Pass members receive email alerts when shows are made available for reservation. We’ll do the rest. An email confirmation will be sent of your reservation and, after the tickets have gone on sale to the public and your payment has been processed, you will receive details on how to pick up your tickets. Only one ticket can be reserved per the number of seats in your membership plan.

What are some benefits of being a member of Verizon Center’s All-Access Priority Pass?

  • You’ll be among the first to know about upcoming games, concerts and events at Verizon Center as members will receive updates in advance of a show’s public on-sale date.
  • Avoid the hassles of the public on-sale frenzy. Verizon Center’s All-Access Priority Pass members simply reserve the tickets they want to purchase.
  • No more worrying if a game, event or show will sell out before you can buy tickets. They are already reserved!

I just joined Verizon Center’s All-Access Priority Pass program. What’s next?
You will receive a Registration Confirmation email of your membership. It is very important that you click on the link in the email to activate your account. Once your account has been activated, you will begin receiving email updates letting you know when new shows are available for reservation. The confirmation email also provides a temporary password to access your personal Verizon Center All-Access Priority Pass account.

Can I reach Verizon Center’s All-Access Priority Pass by email or phone?

How do I confirm my ticket order?
The status of your ticket order will be communicated in an e-mail confirmation that we will send to you after processing your order.

When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will typically be printed and shipped by Verizon Center at least three weeks prior to the show date. Because tickets are shipped via regular United States mail, we are not able to track ticket shipments. In some instances, tickets will be available at will call only.

As soon as you receive your tickets, please check them for correct quantity, price, performance, date and time. If a discrepancy is found please contact customer service at 202-661-5050 or email us at allaccess@monumentalsports.com.

How far in advance can you request tickets before the event goes on pre-sale or public on-sale?
Event announcements are normally sent 48 hours prior to the public on-sale for the events. After an event is posted on the Verizon Center All-Access Priority Pass website, there will typically be a minimum 48-hour period during which you may reserve tickets for that event.

How long is my All-Access Priority Pass good for? The All-Access priority pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Members will be notified at least 30 days in advance of their one year anniversary that it is time to renew their All-Access priority pass membership.

May I give my tickets to a friend or family member?
Yes. However, tickets must be mailed to the address and account on file with us.

Why do you charge service fees?
We charge service fees to pay for our credit/debit card processing services, merchant fees, ticket stock and all other costs associated with the ticket transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?
All payments must be made by credit card. Your credit card will not be charged until your ticket order is processed. An automatic email confirmation will be sent immediately to let you know that your request has been authorized.

How do I know where my seats are located?
You will find out where your seats are located when you receive your tickets. Not every seat is available to our members and your membership does not guarantee specific seating locations. While we will always attempt to give you the best available seats, we are sometimes limited by artist restrictions as to which seats may be offered to members for purchase.

Please note that Verizon Center’s All-Access Priority Pass is designed to be an access program, not a premium seats program.

How do I unsubscribe from the Verizon Center All-Access Priority Pass newsletter updates?
There is an opt-out function for email notifications located on your member profile page. Please note that if you opt out of receiving this newsletter you will no longer receive any notifications of any upcoming events under this program. You will have to log into your account to view the current shows being offered on your calendar of events page.

May I give up my membership and get my money back?
Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges once membership fees have been processed.
